  • Preparation and finalization of balance sheet & profit & loss account as per schedule VI of companies act and coordination & ensuring with auditors for smooth completion of Statutory & annual audits To ensure that there is no unresolved audit queries and statutory / internal audits are completed in time. Review of monthly journals to ensure proper approvals and backups are attached.
  • To provide Information to internal & external auditors Comprehensive review of month end accounting transactions to ensure smooth month end close. Recommend process improvements along with implementation after informing the key stakeholders.
  • Preparation of all financial reports, including Profit and Loss Statement, Balance sheet, Statement of Cash flow and year-end financial statement of the Company.. Filing various GST returns, Closing GST on monthly basis, year to date reconciliation of GST with books of accounts , liaising with GST department and guiding group company team members in GST compliance. Ensuring compliances of Employees Provident Fund, Employees State Insurance Act, Bonus Act and Gratuity Act.
