Project Description: ORBCOMM is a global provider of Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communication and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions. The company offers a wide range of services and products, including satellite and cellular communication devices, cloud-based analytics platforms, and application software. ORBCOMM's solutions are used in various industries, such as transportation, logistics, utilities, government, and healthcare, for applications like fleet management, asset monitoring, and cold chain management.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Monitored applications across Development, Staging, Pre-Production, and Production Clusters using Data Torrent and Apache Hadoop.
• Utilized Grafana and Prometheus for 24/7 monitoring of clusters.
• Developed CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Created Docker Images and facilitated their deployment for new applications.

Project Description: The Bullitt Satellite Messenger app is a modern messaging platform that allows users to send text messages via a GEO satellite network. In addition to messaging capabilities, the app enables users to manage subscriptions, set up 'check-in' messages and recipients, and initiate SOS incidents with pre-configured or custom messages monitored by an international response center., 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Manually monitoring the seven cloud services present in production and UAT environments using logs-explorer.
• Creating bugs/tickets in Bugzilla for 500 + errors.
• Maintaining the Alert tracking sheet for daily/weekly/monthly in Share point.
• Maintaining the Bugs list sheet for daily/weekly/monthly in Share point.
• Restarting the cloud run services if any changes are required to avoid the alerts.
• Performing deployments in a UAT environment using Azure Pipelines.
