• We are managing all type of automations such as AI based, Server health check, Monitoring based, Incident related, Ticket creation in SNOW via emails, Automating actions based on alarms etc.
• In order to create healthy automation pipeline, also responsible for arranging automation campaign, Publishing success stories of automations so that multiple teams can leverage existing automation which is readily available
• performing data analysis in power query and power bi in order to identify automation opportunity based on incident and requests ticket count

As an Account Quality

Manager for Managed Services projects, I was responsible for the following activities:-

Customer Delight:

• Work with customer on day-to-day basis, understanding the voice of customer and convert needs into project CTQ’ s and execute continuous improvements for improving customer perception. Worked with customers during transition and assisted team in making Quality related Standard operating procedures. Explaining company’s QMS framework and aligning customer processes with company’s processes.

Delivery Excellence:

• Work with delivery team as partners to achieve optimum goal of customer satisfaction. Achieve cost savings annually (through productivity improvement, incident reduction, automation etc.)through Service Improvement Initiatives like Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen events. Reporting quality data, dashboard, issues, and noncompliance, improvements to Quality Head/BU heads

Risk Prevention:

• Identifying potential causes for customer dissatisfaction and escalation and taking preventive action to correct it and/or alerting senior management, if required. Conducting reviews for all potential risks logged and highlight to senior management if need be.

• Troubleshooting of transmission equipment faults at MSC locations, POI, and Customer locations in co-ordination with NOC and switch team. Timely restoration of all circuits with minimum impact to service. Maintaining quality of network at MSC locations
• Carrying out Traffic/slot migration activities at MSC / HUB locations for optimum utilization of available bandwidth. Carrying out planned events for equipment/capacity up gradation at HUB locations
• As a Network E2E (Bandwidth/WO/CLR/EOR/Ckt/Link) Planning/ Provisioning (Mapping)/Configuration/ Implementation /Testing/ Commissioning /troubleshooting and /Shifting (Migration)..
• Installation & Commissioning for transmission equipment's at MSC location, coordination with vendor team for fiber connectivity/ Optical link commissioning for POI/Switch augmentation. - Installation and commissioning of transmission equipment's i.e. SDH/DWDM at MSC/POI locations as per present and future requirements, optical link commissioning (STM1, STM4, STM16, and STM64) in co-ordination with NOC. Co-ordination with vendors for OFC connectivity, power requirements at MSC locations. Maintaining the quality of I/C of TX equipment's at MSC locations.

• Worked as a Project coordinator At Q Tele Systems for ECI telecom
• Team management by co-ordination with customer.
• Co-ordinate for material delivery at site for installation.
• Arranging teams for regular installation and commissioning of ECI equipment.
