About the Project: Telstra Corporation Limited (known as Telstra) is Australia's largest telecommunications and Media Company which builds and operates telecommunications networks and markets voice, mobile, internet access, pay television and other entertainment products and services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Reform large raw data into user friendly formats.
• Developed dashboards on Search heads, Alerts using complex SPL queries and optimized the performance.
• Experience in Splunk Knowledge Objects including Reports, Alerts, Saved Searches and Lookups.
• Developed end to end dashboards for program data using Search Processing Language with complex visualizations.
• Determining data and establishing solutions in Splunk for various internal programs to enable continuous monitoring.
• Experienced on installing and implementing Splunk Apps and Splunk Add-ons.
• Worked with Administration team to ensure Splunk is actively running and monitoring on the current infrastructure implementation.
• Client Coordination and inter team communication to resolve queries.
• Onboarding of data from various data sources including Linux, Windows and AWS - EC2 to enable monitoring across program.
• Knowledge on Splunk Machine Learning Toolkit.
• Continuous Integration and Development for monitoring solutions via version control tools such Git,Bitbucket
• Replicating features offered by other monitoring tools in Splunk to provide Business more insights on data.

• Well versed with software development life cycle (SDLC) and software test life cycle (STLC).
• Understanding of the functional requirement specifications in walk-through sessions.
• Creating the test scenarios, writing and reviewing the test cases, execution of test cases.
• Defect Logging and tracking Defects using HP ALM Tool.
• Experience with Mainframes, COBOL and JCLs.
• Worked with TOSCA test automation suit to create automated test cases to reduce manual effort.
