Ensuring that govt policies, ordinances and regulations are strictly followed by the Govt., Govt Aided and Unaided Schools under the jurisdiction,Contributing to the design and review of school curricula and actively supporting school improvement and quality-learning initiatives, Organizing the student enrolment process, handling transfers & authorizing study visits etc.,Carrying out surprise inspections to see the efficacy of various initiatives being taken,Inspection of various private unaided schools to decide about their request for grant of recognition,Handling grievances of various stakeholders etc.

• Implementing a specialized sports-integrated curriculum for students in classes VI to XII, as outlined by the Delhi Sports University.
• Ensuring that academic schedules are flexible enough to accommodate in-house training with specialized coaches and athlete monitoring systems.
• Coordinating the assessment and grading of students based on both sporting performance and academic excellence.
• Overseeing the day-to-day functioning, administration, and overall management of the school.
• Enforcing discipline, monitoring attendance, and managing the residential and infrastructural facilities at the campus.
• Holding regular faculty meetings, supervising teachers' work, and ensuring unit tests and academic evaluations are analyzed weekly.
• Overseeing the administrative affairs of the school in alignment with the policy framework and supervision of the Delhi Sports University governing bodies.
• Organizing regular Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to maintain transparent communication with parents regarding their child's athletic and academic progress.
• Fostering a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment that supports the holistic growth of budding athletes.
• Addressing student grievances and ensuring that remedial classes are arranged for students who need academic support.

Rajkiya Pratibha Vikas Vidyalaya D block Vasant Kunj is a taken over school of Directorate of Education, GNCT of Delhi. Earlier it was known as a Kathuria Public School. It was taken over by DOE on the basis of order of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. During the tenure as a Principal, I was responsible for conversion of a fully unaided school into a Govt. School of Delhi Govt. Staff of erstwhile Kathuria Public School who were fulfilling necessary RR and were appointed by following the due procedure were retained by the Delhi Govt and of remaining were discontinued on the basis of my report without any litigation.

I was also responsible for getting the school affiliated with CBSE in its new identity, introducing all the policies & guidelines framed by DOE for it’s Govts Schools in this taken over school. During my tenure at this school, results were 100% in class XII.

During my tenure at MNSS Rai, looked after formulation and implementation of school curriculum, Entrance test, school Calander, Annual Day Celebration, Organisation of functions on important days, affiliation of school with CBSE, worked as a House master and looked after overall personality development and discipline among the students of assigned house, Organised workshop on Management by Objectives. Also participated in various workshops conducted by different institutions from time to time like TERI, CBSE etc.

Beside above, I also worked as an official during the conduct of National School Games organized by School Games Federation of India at MNSS Rai. I was, also, nominated as member of India-England Exchange 2003 and visited Ouesdale School Newport Pagnell Milton Keyens UK. Commonwealth Youth Exchange Council acknowledged my contribution to mutual respect and understanding between culture & strengthening
