Walgreens is a US based e-commerce application which hold different products like Pharmacy, Immunizes, Photos,Contact Lens,Same day delivery products etc.., Scope of the application is to give a hassle free experience to the customers during emergency, sending timely reminders and auto - refills for 90 days. Of the multiple products handled, pharmacy stays prior.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understanding the Client Requirements and functionality of the system.
• Prepare and Execution of test cases as per requirement.
• Experience in agile, SDLC and STLC way of working. As an agile team member participated in Sprint planning, Sprint Review , Retrospective and daily stand ups.
• Mapping functional requirements with test cases.
• Performing smoke testing on high-level after code deployment.
• Involved in System and Functional testing.
• Preparing bug Report and assigning the bugs to developer.
• Retesting the cases where defect has been raised.
• Preparing Regression suite covering the major functionality of the application.
• Worked on Walgreens Mobile App using Browser Stack.
• Sending the daily status report to the client .
• Part of the daily client status call and provided up to date status of the project.

Project #2: Truck Dues - Simplified 2290 Tax Filing

Application is to serve and support the incredible trucking industry in online form 2290 reporting. Truck Dues is rated 5 star for its quality service, fast process, easy steps & affordable prices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understanding the Client Requirements and functionality of the system.
• Prepare and Execution of test cases as per requirement. Involved in preparing the test plan.
• Mapping functional requirements with test cases.
• Conducted retesting and regression testing on modified builds.
• Detecting, classifying and reporting of bugs through JIRA - defect tracking tool.

• Use to create their account in active directory for newly joined users
• Creation of distribution list for requested users, also as per requirement used to add/delete the members in the group
• Worked for OS updating from Windows 7 to Windows 10 using cloning method
• Installing of new software/Application on User workstation as per requirement
• If user is facing any issue on application /software used to perform remote troubleshooting through MS Teams and resolve their issue
• Every month we have to perform patching activity for security updates which will be push by Microsoft.
• If any user account gets locked we have to unlock and reset their password.
