Participate & Guide in Critical Process Discussions, Integration aspects with Business

Project Execution:
Provide domain expertise to the project manager in creating a Project Charter / plan

Adopt / tweak Best Practice Process Libraries
Adopt Industry 4.0 solutions like OR based optimizers, linear programs, algorithms and other digital / automation tools .
Relationship Management:
Liaison with other domain experts / project managers / stake holders
Influence and Inform key project sponsors and stakeholders on new process designs & overall SCM processes
Engage with SCM experts / forums like SIG (Special Interest Groups)
People Management & Budgeting:
Responsible for aligning overall team resources / business teams in standardization & implementation of processes
Provide inputs to SME towards budgeting of new solutions / products / processes.
