New Model - Vehicle Quality

  • Performed to achieve all vehicle quality targets for every milestone from prototype to mass production in collaboration with different cross functional team including product engineering, manufacturing section, supplier quality etc.
  • Capitalize all critical customer issues in collaboration with Market quality by adopting Lesson Learnt from previous project from digital phase till SOP(Start Of Production) in both product design and manufacturing facilities.

Supplier Quality:

  • Conduct supplier sourcing selection audits for new projects
  • Evaluate and make RMP( Risk Mitigation Plan) in collaboration with purchase, design
  • Ensure Q file( Quality files) and P files( Production Files) are meeting corporate quality targets.
  • Conduct Simultaneous check for supplier parts.
  • Conduct process audit to ensure Hard to Fail at supplier & approve supplier parts- PSW
  • Ensure On time Off tool and Off process and right level of quality in each milestone
  • Capitalize past failures in both design and supplier process and ensure implementation.
  • Deploy Safe Launch at supplier end and receiving inspection at plant.

  • Promote training and ensure high skill to perform good output for team member through overseas and local training.

Global Project Support

  • Study Quality Assurance Requirement (QAR) to ensure Hard To Fail in process and detection
