• Altisource was incorporated in 2009 as a spin off from OCWEN Financials rendering a wide spectrum of services in the Mortgage servicing space. It runs its services delivery across 4 main verticals as Mortgage Services, Financial Services, Technology services and E-commerce with presence in Mumbai, Bangalore, Goa and Philippines.
• Global responsibility for launch of HR Shared Services delivery and HR Tech apps
• Institutionalized HR Business Partnership framework and Engagement ground up and led it for India & Manila
• Head of Employee relations, Compliance and Grievance Redressal systems across all teams in APAC
• Led Employee Experience, Engagement and drove Climate Survey Action planning
• Led Staff resizing and restructure plans

• Tracmail as an ITES company evolved itself into a Financial Services led offering that deal with unsecured post charge off debt collections for Private Label Credit cards, Bank cards, Store Cards & cards for Utility service providers.
• M&A: Led M&A and integrations efforts for 4 Mergers and 2 acquisitions at Tracmail over the years. One of the entities spun of the merger, was grown through a different line of Business and was also listed entity.
• Redesigned performance management with performance based Incentive plan designs
• Led talent enhancement and retention journey where the company grew to be the Most preferred service providers to serve the most sought after Banking partner across 18 segments of their work (Strength grew from 650 to 2000 across 3 Cities).

• Developed to be a specialist at Oil tankers carrying Crude, Superior Kerosene Oil, Aviation Fuel and other Grade ”A” cargo:
• Navigation and watch-keeping responsibilities
• Tasked at managing the crew of 10 onboard on deck maintenance, repair and overhaul tasks
• Responsible preparation of load, discharge and ship stability plans and operations
• Audit readiness during port operations and arrivals
