Responsible for Help Desk, Mail room, key room, wellness center, Indoor plants, VMS Operations, Landscaping, Reception, security, HK, and 2000 seats Cafeteria operations, and other support functions for the facility

Co-ordination & timely delivery of reprographics & printing orders
Participate in emergency evacuation procedures including crisis management and business continuity Plan
Assisting facility manager in preparation of reports and events
Preparing Duty managers roster and team attendance
Making reports like MMR, template, focus meet MOM, SMC meetings, food committee meetings, etc
Going for floors rounds and sharing observations respectively
Conducting training sessions on security subjects, cafeteria and Ethics to TPV staff and JLL & Kelly Services staff.
