• Perform and review daily Margin, Holdings, Trades, Cash, PLM Reconciliation.
• Responsible to work with internal and external parties to resolve Margin, Trade, Holdings, Cash, PLM discrepancies.
• Understanding and responding to broker, client and external parties queries.
• Responsible to identify, investigate and reconcile break and follow up with respective team for resolution.
• Managing trade life cycle events including option exercises/expirations/ trade bookings to ensure accuracy of booking requests.
• Research and analysis for collateral management reconciliation. Including but not limited to cash and securities posted and held related to uncleared margin, regulatory margin, Cleared margin.
• Supports the derivative life cycle for both the front office and the back office areas including investment management, traders, accounting and Tax.
• Prepare and sent daily internal and external reports.
• Analyzed data from a variety of sources such as Bloomberg terminals and third-party websites.
• Assisted in preparing presentations for clients regarding derivative strategies and products.
• Identified discrepancies between actual trades executed by traders and those requested by clients.
• Built and strengthened client relationships to form long-lasting, profitable bonds.
• Note- I have been working at State Street Syntel Services PVT LTD for 18 months, after that the company was merged with State Street Corporation.

The merger was announced in September 2023 and implemented in January 2024.

• Preparing different MIS/ Reports and maintain data and old files.
• Handling credit operations from files login to disbursement
• Handling queries through mails, calls related to loan disbursement, Loan settlement , Loan foreclosure.
• Responsible to maintain a good relationship with customer and external stakeholders.
• Create tickets related to loan disbursement, Loan foreclosure, Calculate monthly installment, Foreclosure amount, Income calculation.
• Monitor outstanding payments, Follow up with customer regarding outstanding payments and take actions in order to encourage timely payments.
• Coordinate efforts to collect debts with sales, accounting, and legal departments.
• Contact and communicate effectively with debtors to negotiate and implement debt recovery plans.
• Advising on repayment plans that are appropriate for the degree of debt and the circumstances of the consumer.
