  • Communicate with factory and merchandising teams on customer quality requirements and company inspection procedure., Researched latest items and make a selection and then sit with the designers to make a story and make presentations to the buyer.
  • After placement of orders, keeping close check on the production with different production centers.
  • In house inspections (fabric, online & final) Quality assurance and timely execution of orders.
  • Pre-Production meeting.
  • Once initial samples are reviewed and the PP samples approved, then a Pre-Production (PP) meeting is conducted.
  • The Top of Production (TOP) sample is pulled out during this stage.
  • Lab testing pieces will be pulled out during this stage.
