Designed and delivered Lambda-driven IVR notification system using Amazon Connect + ServiceNow.

Captured input parameters (Account Number, SM Number, Case ID) and automated call initiation → retry logic → status return.

Integrated Connect flow with API Gateway → Lambda → ServiceNow API for real-time acknowledgment via keypress.

Implemented callback + acknowledgement tracking ensuring SM response capture was accurate and timely.

Worked closely with QA to validate flow, retries, no-answer handling, multi-attempt logic, and Connect audio flow.

Improved customer incident response time by automating communication instead of manual follow-ups.

Current responsibility: Handling ServiceNow tickets for Amazon Connect + Lambda production incidents.
