  • Project Description: We have set up a center of excellence for Contract Lifecycle Management.
  • The idea is to provide a central platform across the bank for all the contracting needs to improve efficiency, utilize synergies, transform the current legacy process & system, save cost, provide insights into data and process
  • Responsibilities: I have setup up the center of excellence right from scratch from the engineering side
  • I have worked to propose budgets, lay down processes and practices, describe roadmaps, hire resource, establish release cycles, setup delivery teams and execution model, design common API integration and so on
  • I work closely with multiple the stakeholders across different business units who are tenants on the platform to ensure their delivery objectives are met within agreed scope
