  • Currently serving as a Sales Manager at Deel, where I am responsible for a team of SMB/Mid-market AEs and overseeing business in India.
  • Recruited and set up the SMB/MM AE team from scratch. Additionally, assisted in recruiting SDRs, customer success managers and partnership team members.
  • Effectively executed continuous changes to the sales strategy and GTM motion - built a team of hunters and made new business acquisition the main KPI. Trained AEs on outbound and held them accountable for a portion of their pipeline. Set up effective strategies to track results.
