The Objective

Tasked with marketing PUER, a natural home cleaning brand, into a competitive market dominated by giants like Surf Excel and Vim. The mission? Position PUER as the go-to alternative for toxin-free cleaning solutions.

What I Did

• Built the Digital Foundation: Launched PUER’s Shopify-based D2C website, implementing SEO strategies that secured top Google rankings for keywords like “liquid detergent” and “floor cleaner liquid.”
• Created Performance Powerhouses: Designed ad funnels across Meta, Google, Amazon, and Flipkart, driving 2.7x ROI on marketplace ads (INR 30–35 Lakhs/month) and 2.1x ROI on D2C campaigns (INR 20–25 Lakhs/month).
• Turning Data into Insights: Automated customer journeys and built Power BI dashboards for seamless metric tracking and insights.
• Optimized Results: Boosted website conversion rates by 67% (2.6%), with 50–55% repeat customers spending INR 650–750 on average.

The Next Level (Post-Promotion)

• Took charge of stock forecasting, media budget allocation, vendor negotiations and profit analysis.
• Supervised a team of 4 for day-to-day operations to meet performance, quality and service expectations.

• Delivered double-digit MoM growth: 12% on marketplaces and 6% on D2C.
