• As a team lead, I focused on the team's performance and the deliverables for the client in Production support and Enhancements. Worked with the client to understand their requirements, provide user education, offer solutions, and support them whenever needed.

On Demand and Remediation:

• Worked as a lead resource on the upgrade changes to the latest On-Demand Platform, where we were able to overcome the challenges of our remediation, our stored procedure, and CBO changes using WEB API, API Framework, and composed requests for our highly customizable billing system.
• The changes included invoice restructuring, external collections, custom GL response, and customer portal screens, which were now managed in the Web API instead of different custom CBOs and stored procedures.
• Worked on the remediation for customized CBOs and built generic API frameworks that will help the team manage and assist the remediation process.
• Worked on numerous critical issues reported or identified post go-live, restoring business confidence by maintaining stability in the Billing system.

Prosight Specialty Insurance (2019- 2024)

• Worked on the 7.2.3 upgrade to move the stored procedure changes in manuscripts using the Query Framework, the API Framework, and using pre-events to customize the changes accordingly. Worked on different integrations, remediations from CBO, and file store using AFS.
• Worked on different enhancements and defect fixing of production issues, which required analysis and code changes. Worked in Direct Bill, Direct Bill Commission, Collection, and Agency Bill Accounts.
• Worked on an enhancement to generate multiple statements in Agency Bill and Collection Accounts to know the amount remitted and to close the installments.
• Enhancements related to the Bill Immediate Process for different debit transactions, changes in credit allocation behavior to reduce cash movement, payment processing and allocations, batch payments, disbursements, invoice form changes, and letter generation during rescission.
• Worked on an important enhancement for transferring both Agency Bill and Direct Bill policies for the Collection Account. Base does not support agency policy transfer, and an incorrect amount was transferred in that case. There was a new screen created to schedule the transfer in both account types.
• Production issues related to agency bill, direct bill commissions, and defect fixing of payment allocation, credit mismatches, and commission mismatches. .
• Engaged in creating different regression scripts, batch scripts, and .NET code for unit testing purposes, which will automate the testing process.
• Worked on custom payment allocation from future installments in the installment schedule to suspense, which required skin changes, manuscript, and custom stored procedure.
• Worked on Custom Manual Installment Redistribution, where the user will be able to redistribute the installment balance according to their requirements, and can add custom installments.
• Worked on follow-up activities for PCN and enhancements related to redistributing the unbilled items to the next installment using a custom server request.
