5. Updating and monitoring the GST notice tracker.
6. Preparation and payment of TDS/TCS challans. Data preparation and filing of TDS, and TCS returns.

• 1.Manages the accounting staff who are responsible for financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll, and budget preparation.
• Recruits and hires accounting and financial staff and conducts performance evaluations.
• 2.Coordinates training programs for new staff and identifies training needs for current staff.
• 3.Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax return.
• 4.Prepare proforma financial statements to forecast the financial condition of the company or see the potentiality of the company’s financial position.
• 5.Analyzing the costing of different accounts and keeps a record of all revenues and expenditures.
• 6.Check and prepare Financial Statement as per BAS (Bangladesh Accounting Standard), IAS (International Accounting Standard)
• Invoice checking any verifying the figures
• Insurance and sales commission bill checking
• 7.Pro-forma invoice (PI) checking
• Proceed all kind of credit, cash and adjustment bill
• 8.Purchase rate analysis with the procurement department
• Approval of material purchase requisition through database and Construction material requisition approval from top Management

• 4. Product training for all employees and brokers.
• 5. Strengthened merchandising and promotional strategies to drive customer engagement and bost sales.
• 6. Organise events and make presentations.
• 7. Reviewed sales and gross profit reports to determine options for increasing market growth.
