1. Project: “Mukhyamantri Krushi Udyog Yojana (MKUY)”

Key Deliverables:

• Planning, organizing, and smoothly conducting Agri-promotion events, including roadshows and state-level activities, while also preparing event-specific materials and managing post-event follow-ups.
• Developing IEC materials, emails, customizable content, flyers, etc. for all the identified focus sectors and handling Social media handles
• Organizing physical and virtual training programs for Agripreneurs.
• Liaising with potential agripreneurs/ Investors to facilitate convergence meetings and consultation sessions.
• Preparing Bankable DPRs,Success Stories of MKUY and updating documents frequently.
• Monitoring and maintaining a tracker for process analysis and represent MKUY in various departmental events.

2. Project: “Rashtriya Krushi Vikash Yojana (RKVY)”

Key Deliverables:

• Scrutinized Agri and allied project proposals under the Directorates of Agriculture and Food Production, Horticulture, and Soil Conservation & Watershed Development.
• Handhold support to Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) to prepare DPR.
• Scouting and developed concept notes of best practices under RKVY project.
• Facilitated department in conducting Technical Committee (TC)/State Level Project Screening Committee (SLPSC)/State Level Sanctioning Committee (SLSC).
• Monitored financial progress of Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) and consolidation of reports.
• Supported and follow up with PIAs on asset Geo-tagging under RKVY.
• Timely submitted project reports and coordinated with line departments for data consolidation,
• Fastrack financial progress, sharing success stories, and attending meetings.
• Conducted stakeholder meetings for smooth functioning of projects.

• Support team in preparing As Is Report of ITBA,
• Participation in stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather information on ITBA experience of ITD officials.
• Gathering Stakeholders pain points and Prepare process flow charts for various modules of ITBA.
• Preparing project Reports and PPT for the client’s requirements.
• Support team in preparing RFP document for ITD for ITBA 2.0.

• Coordination with MPSRLM State and District team to gather data of potential commodities for Value chain development
• Develop knowledge-building materials for Producer Groups (PGs) and Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs)
• Support FPC's in business Planning and Agriculture Value Chain Development under MP DAY SRLM
• Establishing market and financial linkages for Agriculture Value chain interventions
• Prepare Project Reports, Presentations and gathered information from multiple sources
• Translating concepts into proposals as per client needs and proposal development for projects
• Leading Collaboration and Partnership development with institutional players with FPCs
• Conducting capacity Building sessions for District Team, FPCs and Producer Groups.

• Project Management in coordination with preferred donors (WWF & LF) and internal project anchors (ABF & APPI) for timely completion of target deliverables, financial & program planning, fund utilization and report submission in the pench-satpuda corridor as per the our landscape development approach
• Liaising with Govt Line departments (Agriculture, Horticulture), Projects (MGNREGA & NRLM) and Research Institutions (KVK & CICR) for technical assistance and capacity building of entire team
• Certification of Organic Cotton plots for six thousand organic cotton farmers in 6700 acres of farmland in close coordination with the Control Union (CU) team
• Capacity building of community cadres, field staffs and team members on multiple themes e.g., Community Institution, Agriculture, Horticulture for effective project implementation and market linkages.
• Procurement and marketing of Organic Cotton, Wild Custard Apple, and Organic Fruits through “COFE PCL, Chhindwara” with international and modern institutional buyers such as Neutral, bioRe, Vikrant International and Dinshaw

• Technical assistance to “Samarpan Jeevika Mahila Kisaan Producer Company Limited (SJMKPCL), Muzaffarpur” in business planning and BOD's capacity building on effective Governance themes
• Identification and Negotiation with different segment of buyers for Market Linkage of fresh commodities (Litchi, Mango and Green Vegetables) grown in the region
• Led the overall procurement channel for Litchi (21MT), Mango (19MT) and Vegetables (31MT) and its logistical supply chain for the FPC
• Supported FPC in profitable business operations, record keeping and increasing member base
• Liaising with different stakeholders for timely execution of planned business activities in FPC
• Capacity building workshops for Jeevika community cadres, FPC staffs and shareholders about the basic business policies, operations, and technical knowledge of fresh commodities value chain.

• Liaising with Govt Line departments in technical and financial assistance for MGNREGA, NRLM and Swachh Bharat Aviyan programs to create community assets that supports livelihood activities in the area.
• Formation and Strengthening Community led Institutions (SHG, Cluster & Federations) in Chhattisgarh & Chhindwara districts of Madhya Pradesh and indulging them to work for their rights, entitlements and linked them under NRLM fold for financial assistance for livelihood activities.
• Capacity building of cadres and staffs engaged in different themes like Community Institution Building, Agriculture and Horticulture for effective implementation of projects.
• Knowledge dissemination of technical know-how & some of the best farming practices (SRI & NPM) through various trainings and exposures.
• Introducing tribal farmers with scientific techniques like poly mulching, drip irrigation, poly house and net house to cultivate under a protected environment and micro irrigation techniques.
• Promoted Poultry units among the Women SHG groups by providing technical assistance in terms of finance, day to day activities and business planning.
• Market Linkage of traditionally de-husked Kala Jeera Rice and chicks in the local market.
