Project: UK to Intl NFM-P Move Project


Scope of Project: The UK to International NFM-P Move Project aims to migrate all network services from the existing UK infrastructure, specifically the Alcatel 7750 PE, to the International Network Function Manager-Packet (NFM-P) environment. The project involves multiple critical sites including FRK, BKL, BAR, CHG, ZUR & so on..


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Led the team in conducting basic analysis to determine which services to migrate and which to cease.
  • Facilitated cross-functional training to ensure team proficiency in the new process.
