Project: UK to Intl NFM-P Move Project

Scope of Project: The UK to International NFM-P Move Project aims to migrate all network services from the existing UK infrastructure, specifically the Alcatel 7750 PE, to the International Network Function Manager-Packet (NFM-P) environment. The project involves multiple critical sites including FRK, BKL, BAR, CHG, ZUR & so on..

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Led the team in conducting basic analysis to determine which services to migrate and which to cease.
• Facilitated cross-functional training to ensure team proficiency in the new process.
• Provided guidance and support to the team in handling complex scenarios and core-related queries.

Core Process : Saving Cost and Enhancing Network Performance through Cross Connect Optimization Project.

Scope: Highly skilled telecommunications professional with a demonstrated expertise in identifying and ceasing unused cross connects to optimize network efficiency & cost savings.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Collaborated with network analysts/engineers to gather and validate cross connect information.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to obtain necessary approvals for cross connect cessation.
• Responsible for initiating disconnect requests in supplier portals(Equinix, Coresite, Century link etc) to cease unused cross connects.
• Working closely with the inventory management team to synchronize data across relevant systems.
• Applied cost management to control budgets while maintaining service
  delivery.

Project : Upsell customer circuits
Scope: Migrating customer circuits away from SDH Platform.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and rerouting circuits, potentially over OTN (Optical Transport Network) or onto NNI (Network-to-Network Interface).
• Coordinated with account or service managers of specific customers to understand their circuit requirements and objectives.
• Collaborated with internal teams and vendors to design optimal circuit routes and configurations.
• Coordinated with service delivery teams to provision, activate, and test circuits end-to-end.

International site closure and rationalization for UK based telco (Vodafone)

Core Process : End to End Planning & Circuit Writing

Project : CORE DIRECTOR TO CIENNA 5410 MIGRATION

Scope: To migrate core & customer circuits away from legacy CORE Director devices onto CIENA 5410 device.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and circuit writing of core and customer circuits, migrating them from legacy CORE Director devices to CIENA 5410 devices.
• Coordinated with network engineers and vendors to ensure seamless migration onto CIENA 5410 devices.

Project : SDH devices offload

Scope: To offload & move circuits away from legacy devices like Marconi(M1H),Nortel(N/P),Turin(T1H) devices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and executing the migration of circuits away from legacy devices like Marconi (M1H), Nortel (N/P), and Turin (T1H) devices.
• Conducted thorough assessment of circuit configurations, dependencies, and limitations on legacy devices.

Project : OTN

Scope : Migrating customer circuits away from legacy SDH platform onto Optical

Transport Network (OTN) - Packet OTN devices CIENA OME6500.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Responsible for planning and circuit writing of customer circuits, migrating them from legacy SDH platforms to Optical Transport Network (OTN) using CIENA OME6500 Packet OTN devices.
• Coordinated with network engineers and vendors to implement circuit migrations, minimizing service disruptions.
