Conflict Resolution Coach – Agent System
Developed an AI-powered Agent system named Conflict Resolution Coach using Python and Streamlit to assist in resolving conflicts and improving communication between individuals. The system was designed with six interactive interfaces that analyze discussions or disagreements between two people and provide meaningful suggestions, balanced advice, and constructive resolution strategies. The project focuses on promoting effective communication, understanding, and decision-making through an intelligent and user-friendly interface."Utilizing our new conflict resolution system, our agency successfully mediated and resolved approximately 40 to 50 disputes and interpersonal conflicts."

nTITLE : BANK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SOFTWARE USING JAVA

DESCRIPTION :

Developed a web-based Bank Management System using Java, JDBC, MySQL, Servlets, JSP, HTML, and CSS to manage banking operations digitally.The application included separate login portals for customers, employees, and administrators with role-basedauthentication.Implemented features such as customer registration, deposit and withdrawal transactions, balance validation, and monthly interest calculation.Integrated database connectivity using JDBC and MySQL for secure storage and management of banking data.
Applied Object-Oriented Programming concepts and backend development skills to build a secure and user-friendly banking application. 20 transactions are succesfully done.
