• Connect on actions for SEZ -The purpose of this is to capture global leadership decisions about whether their team members in the Indian Special Economic Zones (SEZs) will remain in the SEZ or exit the SEZ in September, 2022.
• EWS QC mapping Maintaining the EWS tool -Developed EWS, an early warning sign tool, empowering managers and quality coaches to proactively identify service requests that have not been actioned as per SLA, leading to a 20% improvement in resolution time
• Managing and governing of KB articles- Technical knowledge articles in need of clean-up are being reviewed to determine if they are active or inactive, and if they have an active owner. Based on this review, articles are either archived if outdated or republished with an active owner assigned within the cloud and compute solutions organization. So far, more than 1000 KB of articles have been improved, and active owners have been assigned to 50% of the articles.
