• Manages global settings including users and groups, roles, global permissions, and schemes

• Work with teams to structure their Confluence spaces in a manner that are organized according to their business structure and permissions requirements

• Worked on Accenture standard tool for tracking the roll-on/roll-off, joining details of all the shared and dedicated resources under our project

• And drive it till closure
• Ensure all the resources of our projects are charging in the correct charge code & maintain their authorization/deauthorization and updating the cost collector report on a monthly basis
• Interview scheduling respective to the Demands and taking measures to rectify the GAP
• Raising requests for desktop or project specific V-LAN enablement by coordinating with project leads
• Creating Project, Raising Demand for getting new seats, Follow up with the Leadership and finance team for all approvals
• Seat release, Reallocation, Swap, Adding or Deleting POCs in the Tool, Updating the Seat cost collector to ensure correct seat charge.
