Project 1: Security Finance (USA) - Associate QA Analyst (2021 - 2022)

Project Description: Security Finance is licensed to offer traditional personal installment loans, which vary in amount and terms based on the state, operating across the USA and Mexico with two types of Loans i.e. Personal and Automobile Loan.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As QA, I made sure All deliverables with respect to application are covered as part of testing which mainly included Webforms.

Testing webform generated from PWFS and form generated for same customer data from PB windows for correct data, alignment, font etc.

Performed Functionality Testing and

Power builder form conversion using RTF uploader.

Used Jira for bug tracking, issue tracking, and project management

Project 2: OHM - Underwriters Laboratories(USA) - Associate QA Analyst (2022 -present)

Project Description: UL's Occupational Health Manager (OHM) software streamlines clinic workflows and integrates occupational health & safety information into one system. It includes powerful injury tracking software to improve case and return-to-work management programs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• As QA, I deployed new build every day for new code checked in from Developers (CI/CD Tool used - TeamCity)
• Performing white box Testing, Blackbox Testing as Functional Testing, Smoke Testing, Performance Testing, Database Testing, Security Testing, Regression Testing and Reporting Observations and Defects or Bugs with Dev Team.
• Working in Agile Scrum Driven team(Every day Scrum)
• Support Ticket analysis(RCA) Documenting or creating respective User story or Defect. Worked closely with Product owner, Support Team.
• Wrote and optimized test cases to maximize success of manual software testing with consistent, thorough approaches.(TestRail)
• Conducted Security Vulnerability Testing Using BURP Suite.
• Conducted API Testing using Postman.
• Checked configuration files and logs to uncover root causes of problems.
