  • Role: HR & Offshore Operations: I oversee the smooth execution of HR services within the company. I cater to 80% of the Talent hiring function, with 20% of Operations
  • Talent Acquisition: While closing, working with the department leaders to identify workforce gaps, define ideal candidate profiles, and build hiring timelines, also determining competitive compensation benchmarks and recruiting budgets.
  • Process Management: Establishing and streamlining HR processes and standardising HR services and policies across different departments to ensure compliance and uniformity.

  • Hiring: Planned for workforce requirements and partnered with the Talent Acquisition Team to hire the right prospects and analysed metrics that measured the success of staffing efforts.
  • HR Operations: Provided services to business operations, including administrative services. SOPs were reconstructed in accordance with the job roles. Policies and procedures were structured.
  • Performance Management: The annual employee job performance evaluations are conducted through the performance management system. This included the annual goal-setting process, the annual evaluation process, and periodic feedback sessions that strive to raise the performance bar. Guide, support, orient, and train employees and managers through the entire Employee life cycle
  • Employee Engagement: Planned for Employee Satisfaction Surveys, encouraged maximum participation, helped to analyse and explain results, and facilitated action planning exercises, followed thoroughly on action plans to increase scores on all dimensions of the survey.   • Initiate the visa process by collecting and ascertaining the relevance of data of each candidate before submitting to attorneys and subsequently to USCIS.

  • Collaborate with employees and the US team related to immigration and deployment issues
  • Initiate LCA’s (H1B) and post with the Labor Office websites of the U.S
  • Regular tracking of case status (USCIS Database) and interactions with US Immigration attorneys on a case-by-case basis.
