With over 16 years of combined academic and industry experience in HR, OB, and HR Analytics, I aim to design impactful learning solutions, drive organizational development, and build people-focused, data-driven HR practices that are agile, scalable, and aligned with evolving business needs.
o Working as Associate Professor in the Department of Management Studies, Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal, Karnataka.
o Coordinator – Internal Quality Assurance Cell responsible for effective functioning to achieve academic goals with quality.
o Responsible for conducting pre-placement sessions for the students of Masters in Hotel Administration, conducting sessions and psychometric analysis.
o Supervised various UG Projects and PG Dissertations.
