Job Objective: “ Education cannot be effective unless it helps a child open up himself to life.” Dr. Maria Montessori The above-mentioned lines hold true in today’s world where it is important for the young minds to explore life that is unfolding in front of them. The modern age teaching and learning practices makes the role of a teacher/mentor all the more important in a child’s life. To help guide and build a strong foundation for the children who are the future to the mankind, it is important that we start early in life. I utilize my lively and energetic attitude in teaching students with great enthusiasm and dedication guiding children towards their educational needs and development. With my administrative and institutional abilities, I also like to perform administrative tasks and responsibilities including curriculum and lesson plan building and creating customized worksheets for follow up learning. I also like to lead students and to participate in doing constructive programs in accordance with the school. I am a passionate teacher with experience in developing and implementing diverse curriculums covering wide range of subjects. My teaching strategies involve carefully crafted lessons and I’m highly skilled at motivating students through positive encouragement and reinforcement of concepts via interactive classroom instruction and observation. I have been successfully helping students develop strong literacy, numeracy, social and learning skills.
