This project is Lead to order has application software for configure deals and price and quoting deals (CPQ) tools provide non-standard discounts and offerings to customers to win large-scale opportunities for Client project. All CPQ applications and software's are basically more than 10 years old application to setting up list price for consumer desktop and notebooks. These applications built on various platforms with different technologies like .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC 5, Cloud application, SSIS, Oracle, Visual Basic, UNIX scripting so on.

Responsibilities:

• Development and enhancement of client-based applications using Dotnet technologies like C# and ASP.net, SQL, XML, webservices and Deployment and publishing web and windows application.
• Monitoring HPSM and SNOW tool for ticket handling and resolving L4 issues, which Biz reported, and provide continuous HP inc. support to the end user. Monitoring Application Health checks, application performance and acton taken accordingly then update our team and Biz team.
• Take responsibility of all the escalated issues and work with multiple IT and Biz teams to resolve end user problems. Work with team to find out all the repetitive issues and propose for the permanent solutions with development team. Involved and work with audit team to collect requested evidence for auditing various application on behalf of all teams.
