My current role as an Assistant Manager at Adient India Pvt Ltd has equipped me with the necessary skills to manage complex supply chains effectively. While my primary focus has been on materials procurement and vendor management, I have also been involved in cost analysis and budgeting, which are critical components of estimation. In addition I am responsible for direct material procurement and material planning, which required a keen understanding of cost structures and market trends. For instance, I managed a significant inventory of foam, metal, and trim, ensuring that procurement was aligned with production schedules while adhering to budget constraints. This experience has honed my ability to analyze costs and identify potential savings. Moreover, my educational background in diploma mechanical engineering, complemented by certifications such as Master six sigma green Belt and Internal IATF Auditor, has provided me with a solid technical foundation. My proficiency in software tools like AutoCAD and SAP further enhances my capability to prepare technical offers and analyze job costs against budgets.
