· Coordinating Purchase Order management with all buyers & vendors on regular basis.

· MIS Handling & Database Management with the use of various ERP solutions/software as per company/management requirements.

· Report generation & analysis of different Reports –Annual/Bi-annual, Monthly, Fortnightly, weekly and daily basis to access business handling/Operations for profitability and functionality and provide Business solution to Management.

· eport Generation and Data analysis in excel & Access using various tools like Pivot table, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, MACROS, etc

· Conduct Software training & Induction to New Joiners in the Company

· Attending buyer meetings & Making presentations during buyer visits

· People Management & trouble shooting their problem

· Managing purchase order processing, generation of new orders, confirmation and acceptance, MIS entries, confirmation to clients, revisions, if any to facilitate business maintenance and growth

· Keeping track of Purchase orders with vendors & informing the clients on the production status on regular basis

· Coordinating with buyer & quality department for all quality related matters.

· Making presentation, specification sheets, Handling client and vendor interactions on email, facilitating their needs and requirements,

· Maintaining Business Management Software for multiple user interaction. Maintaining FTP servers, Uploading and downloading Data in accordance to use and requirements.
