Team Management & Responsibilities:

• Arrange shipments by examining destination, route, delivery time; dispatches to carriers.
• Keeps customers informed by forwarding notices, shipment date and current status
• Collect and analyze service issue and carrier quality information and develop clear and concise reports.

Migration's : BNN Export, BNN Reports, Target Haiphong Service, Target Invoice reports

• Import Documentation: Preparing Discharge/SOC, LCL, Free Out list to the PORT/Prepare the BL Documentation and invoice to customer/File the import details to UAE customs/Issuing Arrival notice to the customer/ Handled Customer Queries
• Export Documentation: Preparing Drafts MBL Express release/Split BL/Merge BL/Part Load/Switch BL/Manifest closure/MCN invoices/Agency Corrector Invoice/Export Invoice
• Booking – Book the empty container to the customer/ Issue CRO

Team Management & Responsibilities:

• I have served as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Stakeholders regarding Dubai Imports Customer Service.
• Identifying the capacity pool and assigning responsibilities to the team members.
• Managing the team at the absence of team leader and keeping them always engaged in their work
• Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss errors and their impacts and I provide RCPS to avoid repetition and ensure better outcomes.
• Monitoring and Reporting the Team performance in terms of Productivity and Quality.
• Implemented Kaizen to simplify the comparison process which earlier consumed more than 90 minutes to perform then reduced to 15 minutes.
