  • Manage logistic arrangements (visa, ticketing, hotels, cabs, conferences, meetings etc.) for staff, consultant, collaborators, conference/meeting participants Pan India.
  • Manage vehicle movement and maintenance of official vehicles in Delhi. Allied fleet management for other locations.
  • Coordinate insurance management for Public Liability, Staff Fidelity, Property, Vehicles/ Agri Equipment's, and IT assets Pan India office.

  • Manage fixed asset and inventory of all office locations of India including physical verification & tagging of assets, taking picture and preparing asset responsibility letter; auction & scrap of assets; asset record for staff in coordination with Finance and Admin person in regional location.
  • Process the verification of invoices relating to vendor payments (cab bills, logistics, insurance, vehicle, utility bills etc.) and timely submission to Finance for payment.
  • Coordinate with Delhi RTO for New vehicle Registration and Road Tax Exemption for all BISA vehicles in India.
  • Supervise Office Auxiliary to ensure all Pantry/House Keeping/Stationery supplied by the service provider are stored/use as per requirement and for efficient record keeping for all incoming and outgoing dispatch, ensuring overall cleanliness and good upkeep of office and store premises.
  • Supervise drivers based in Delhi for the smooth function of office vehicles repairs, fuels, PUC, Insurance etc.
