• Lead's new products proving as part of assembly from Beta to QP3 stage ,SPTR, Mass production (Production stage).

• Detail study of manual assembly process and arrival of Automation implementation plan as per Dept Target
• Concept arrival & Modification of assy sequence as required for automation flow
• Layout and process sequence planning for automation cell and approval for the same
• Techno-commercial evaluation for facilities, ordering, Procurement, installation and proving of the facilities for the new Special Purpose Machines & automation
• Having hand on experience Preparation of Equipment note as per SOP
• Experienced in Preparation and approval for capex and revex
• DAP preparation and approval along with vendor
• Hand on experience in submission of automation project concept to Japanese consultant for getting business case & technical clearance/Approval
• Process parameters freezing & training for CFT team(Production, Plant engg,Online engg, Quality, Safety)
• Raising PCO,Layout change request & getting approval for the same through SAP.
• Create PFD, Control Plan, Part submission warrant, PFMEA & compile and upload Progressive PPAPs & final PPAP for approval as per project milestones
• Work Instruction had been prepared for individual operation for the new process & Train the operator.
• Preparation Master Facility (machineries and Equipments) Planning Sheet for the new Product.
• Capacity planning and Execution for the Existing and as well upcoming new products.
• Carry out alpha.(Alpha,Beta,QP) to QP Process trials as per MPT Requirements by using available facility as well planned new facility.
