  • This exercise is being done on a monthly basis, once employee completes their one year in our organization the Self Evaluation form is been shared to the employees accordingly every 15th of the month
  • After that Performance Evaluation form needs to be shared to their respective R1 for evaluating their performances
  • Then there is a discussion round with the R1 and the eligible employee for the appraisal about the overall performance summary of the year
  • Once both the parties have mutually agreed on the given percentage hike the discussion is being closed accordingly
  • With this the data needs to be shared to the HR Head on the given percentage hike with all the salary calculations of respective employees, with attached both evaluation form links to have a final approval round with the CEO of the company
