• Led the architecture and data engineering functions for building Digital Personalisation Platform for clients.

• These algorithms included Relevant Promotions, Have you Forgotton, Usuals, Substitutes and Complements services.
• Designed and developed the Contact History solution to capture ‘who saw it, what they saw and how did they respond’.
• This data feeds into automated reports delivered to the clients on a daily basis in order to evaluate the efficacy of Personalisation algorithms.
