- Bachelors in Commerce (B.Com) from DU (SOL)
- Bachelors in Computer Applications (BCA) from PTU
- Masters in Computers Applications (MCA) from PTU
The responsibilities were to work with the NHS dept. (i.e. National
Health Service).
- Maintain the AHT (Average handling time)
- Giving the shortest solution by E-mails to the head office in Bristol.
- Checking out the Invoices position if paid on time given.
- Maintain the PO (Purchase Order) as well.
Responsibilities were to :-
- Handling the accounts of the Vodafone Customers.
- Checking the bills paid.
- Mainline the Average Handling Time
- Providing the new offers launched by the Company.
- Keeping the customers in tact and in count as well.
Responsibilities were to :
- Check the regular updates on the software of the company.
- Troubleshooting the settings for any virus in panel.
