Role - Back end Developer

Project Description - 

  • Ticket Creation: Customers create tickets by entering necessary details in a user-friendly form. The system categorizes the ticket based on keywords or selected options.
  • Assignment: Tickets are automatically assigned based on predefined rules or manually assigned by support agents.
  • Resolution and Updates: Agents work on the ticket, adding updates, internal notes, or requesting more information from the customer.
  • Closure and Feedback: Once resolved, the ticket is marked as closed, and customers are prompted to provide feedback.
  • Reporting and Monitoring: Managers and administrators can access dashboards with real-time ticket metrics, helping them to monitor trends and improve the support process.
