- Serving as a customer experience consultant for North India Imports, I managed Gujarat ICDs and CFS, overseeing imports of commodities such as seeds, pulp, timber, among others. Current role included imports of scrap metal and other restricted commodities for North India.
- Additionally, I possess expertise in clearing longstanding containers from ICDs by negotiating commercial terms with customers after reviewing their commercial invoices and packing lists and aiding in customs procedures.
- I initiated the business venture to establish Maersk CFS in Hazira, a pivotal project for our team and the organization, addressing the growing needs of customers and business. The inauguration of Hazira CMS on 2023-10-31 saw the attendance of prominent wastepaper importers and export clients, with the project being spearheaded by me in partnership with the port and CFS team.
- I was designated as the focal point for a finance project aimed at resolving outstanding invoices within the company's books and ensuring clearance within GST deadlines.
