• Supervision of new installation & commissioning related to instrumentation & test system facility for automotive workshop.
• Annual Maintenance Planning by implementing preventive & corrective maintenance schedules for all test equipment and supporting instruments to ensure consistent performance and longevity.

• Monitor the budget for laboratory activities, ensure efficient utilization of funds and adherence to financial guidelines, and forecast future budgetary requirements.

Spare Part & Inventory Management

• Overseeing essential spare parts for test equipment and supporting instruments while effectively managing spare parts inventory.
• Expertise in SAP (S4 HANA) for making purchase requisitions & purchase order to arrange spare parts for automotive lab equipment's.
• Hands on experience for inventory management by booking consumptions, managing stock & scrap management in SAP system.

ISO 17025:2017 Documentation & Compliance

• Ensuring effective implementation of the Lab management system, maintaining Quality and procedure documents, and reviewing and revising documents as per the ISO 17025:2017 standard.
• Conducted internal audits and management review meetings and coordinated external audits with the accreditation body (NABL) in India.
• Monitor changes to ISO 17025:2017 standards and requirements and ensure ongoing compliance to maintain accreditation status.

• Led onsite installations & commissioning of instrumentation & Test systems for major automotive clients, ensuring smooth integration into existing infrastructure without disruption to daily operations.
• Assisted customers with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, resulting in optimal system performance.
• Preventive maintenance & technical support to PAN India automotive customer base.
• Onsite Troubleshooting & Telephonic support of AVL make equipment's to reduce the customer downtime.
• Onsite Temperature & Pressure transducer calibration during annual maintenance activities for various customer.
