1.Maintain and monitor secured books including Bank Guarantees (BG) and Letters of Credit (LC) to ensure timely issuance, renewal, and closure.
2.Liaise with banks for BG/LC issuance, amendment, and compliance documentation.
3.Record and track all BGs/LCs in the system with proper documentation and approvals
4.Prepare and reconcile periodic reports on BGs/LCs status for internal review.
