As a Platform Software Engineer & Microservices Architect, I have designed and developed multiple microservices to enhance data pipeline efficiency. I created a scheduler microservice to orchestrate and manage ETL jobs, ensuring seamless execution and resource optimization. Additionally, I built a debugger service that enables real-time monitoring and troubleshooting of data pipelines, improving reliability and reducing downtime. To streamline job dependencies, I developed a trigger service that dynamically initiates dependent jobs based on predefined conditions, ensuring smooth workflow execution. These microservices collectively enhance scalability, fault tolerance, and automation in big data processing.
I developed a Slack bot that streamlines support query management by integrating Slack and Jira APIs. The bot provides a form-based interface where users can submit support queries, which are then automatically converted into Jira tickets with relevant details. Additionally, it enables bidirectional communication, allowing users to add comments, update statuses, and close tickets directly from Slack. Currently, 50+ teams actively use this bot, significantly improving response times, reducing manual effort, and enhancing overall support workflow efficiency.
