• Project Profile: This project involves complete end-to-end support for application maintenance, the data flow from the live to the legacy system, monitoring, and AutoSys jobs.
• Job Responsibilities:
• Monitoring and managing interfaces through QRFC queues for shipping and inventory management.
• Problem-solving for recurring SAP EWM issues regarding processes. To raise tickets during production support to ensure the errors are fixed, and issues are logged.
• Interacted with the technical team in developing a program to automate the manual work done every day, to increase productivity.
• Worked on purchase orders, STO, cross-company orders, transfer postings, and VAS.
• Handled support issues on receiving inbound deliveries from the legacy system to the SAP live system, solved queue-related issues, and prepared documents for the new issues to help others follow up as a workaround.
