RESPONSIBILITY:
- Excellent diagnosing and troubleshooting knowledge of standard oilfield drilling equipment, Predictive and corrective maintenance and shutdown activities, rig maintenance and assemble & dismantle of drilling equipment such as wellhead, Diesel Engine, Top Drive System, Draw-Work, CRT, BOP Control unit and Remote control Panel, BOP Hoist, Fuel System, engine cooling water system, lube oil system, Compressed Air System, Allison transmission, Hydraulic Power Units, iron roughneck , Power slip, power tong, pipe spinner, Mud value, Drill Water System, Potable Water System, Sea Water System, Mud gas separator, Mud Agitators, centrifugal Pumps, mud pumps, crane, Air and Hydraulic winches, , Crown Blocks, Traveling Blocks, Rotary tables, Weight indicator, load cell, chock manifold, Power swivel, N2 filling, Crane, Heat exchanger and pipe line work.
- Strong hydraulic and Pneumatic diagnosis skills.
- QA/QC knowledge relating to NDT, pressure testing, visual inspection.
- Prepares and maintains up-to-date maintenance records on all rig equipment
- Ability to read drawing and instruction, to install/ remove all equipment’s of parts
- Planning Preventive maintenance schedule for Quarterly, Half Yearly, and Yearly.
PHYSICAL AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Sitting, standing, walking, lifting materials max 100 pounds, carrying, pulling, pushing, and climbing stairs. Hearing, seeing depth perception and peripheral vision. Able to tolerate continuous vibration and elevated noise level as well as tolerate wearing personal protective equipment.
- In international location extreme temperature, hostile environments, civil unrest, etc. Exposure to temperature change, wetness, confined spaces, chemicals, grease and oil, working with ladder / scaffolding, working alone.
