• “In my role, I provide customer support for Airbnb. I help Hosts with setting up their listings, updating tax details, and managing their accounts. I also assist Guests with ongoing trip issues — like booking problems or stay concerns — and make sure they get quick, effective solutions. My goal is always to create a smooth experience so both the Host and Guest are satisfied and the issue is resolved in the best possible way.

n my role, I handle customer calls related to motor insurance. I explain the different plans, add-ons, and benefits in a clear and simple way so customers understand exactly what they’re getting. I focus on helping them choose the right coverage that fits their needs and budget. Once they’re comfortable with the plan, I work on closing the sale smoothly. My main goal is to make sure customers feel confident about buying from me and get the best value for their motor insurance.
