Change & Incident Management:

  • Led end-to-end technical management for deployment, change, and incident lifecycle across IP and RAN domains.
  • Coordinated with L1/L2 support teams (onshore & offshore) for proactive issue resolution and change implementation.

RAN & ORAN Systems:

  • Supported ORAN interface implementation (F1C, F1U, E1, N2, N3), and integrated RU/DU/CU components using Kubernetes, AWS EKS, and bare metal servers (Dell XR-11, Supermicro).
