Cloud Operations, DevOps, and Automation:

• Provisioned Distributed Units (DUs) using CI/CD pipelines built on TCA, ensuring smooth orchestration with validations on BPA, Infoblox, and automated remediation workflows.
• Built and maintained centralized log monitoring and analysis systems using the ELK Stack , Prometheus, and Grafana to track real-time logs and health metrics across EC2 instances, containers, and Kubernetes clusters.

• Coordinated with cross-functional teams to streamline network element cloudification, transitioning legacy functions into containerized or virtualized workloads.
• Managed configuration activities such as site commissioning, network XML modification, service creation/deletion, and end-to-end provisioning in orchestration systems.
• Led the implementation of Telco Cloud architecture using OpenStack, enabling the virtualization of core network elements such as MME, MGW, SGSN, GGSN, PGW, and SGW.

• Coordinated with multiple Technical Infrastructure (TI) vendors, such as HP, Facebook, Wipro, and others, to oversee the secure and compliant execution of work inside the DC, minimizing the risk of service disruption.

• Led installation and commissioning (I&C) of Nokia BTS (GSM, WCDMA, LTE - TDD/FDD, including SRAT, AirScale, SRAN) and Ericsson BTS as part of network rollout and optimization initiatives.
• Delivered 24/7 support for end-to-end network operations and maintenance, ensuring high availability and adherence to SLAs.
• Acted as the ATP SPOC for all MW link validations, NE equipment checks, BTS deployment audits, and cluster-level ring-splitting activities.
