• Preparation of company prequalification document and Technical Submittal related to BMS, LCS, GRMS, HAS, CBS, CMS, FAVA, PAVA as per the specification given by the consultant and getting the approvals for the same from the consultant.

• Following up with the Client for payments towards the amount of work completed in site.

• Preparation of Compliance Statement, Bill of Material, Input/output List, Sequence of Operation, System Description, Valve Selection Schedule, VAV Selection Chart, etc.,

• Execution and supervision of project activities such as drawings, submittals, design, estimation, procurement, follow up, manpower handling etc

• Monitoring approval of submittals by Consultant.

• Follow up with sub-contractor for material submittals in line with approval schedule.
