• Responsible for project monitoring and control of various mechanical packages such as construction of Tank Farms along with associated piping and equipment and execution of them within the stipulated time frame.
• Accountable for providing necessary technical support for pre-commissioning activities to the Operation Team as per pre-defined schedule which includes mobilization of requisite material and manpower as per requirement.
• Responsible for readiness of various equipment of the assigned units and troubleshooting of the same, arranging necessary spares and tools & tackles, monitoring performance of various rotary equipment as per pre-defined criteria including vibrational analysis.
• Responsible for coordination with EPCM and concerned vendors to meet the project targets including identification and mitigation of bottlenecks and critical path activities to realign the project with the planned schedule.
• Also applied crashing to key activities of the critical path, which included infusion of petty contracts to meet the project deadlines.
• Took lead role in finalization of various mechanical service contracts which included reviewing of Schedule of Rates (SOR,s), payment terms etc. also assisted Purchase Department for initiation of repeated orders for cost optimization.
• Successfully Completed Ethanol Blended Motor Spirit (EBMS) project of NRL within the awarded time line by Ministry Of Petroleum & Natural Gas which included construction and commissioning of Ethanol Tanks, its associated piping and Rotary equipment and thereafter furnishing necessary documents for OISD and PESO approval for Operation.

• Responsible for Project Monitoring and control of the project Construction of Secondary Tank Farm, OIL at Duliajan, Assam.
• Accountable for bill certification and regularization of contracts for various vendors associated with the project.
• Furnished necessary documentation for operational clearance.
• Carried out necessary inspection of various equipment as per project schedule.

Project: Implementation of safety measures as per revised OISD-117 as well as MB Lal’s recommendation for OIL’s Tank Farm in Assam, OIL Pump Station 3 , Jorhat Assam

2. Construction of Horton Spheres, Brahmaputra Crackers & Polymers Limited, Duliajan Assam

• Responsible for identifying scope of the assigned job and executing it in stipulated time.
• Provided necessary technical assistance for Mechanical Clearance of pipe loops prior to Hydro-Test.
• Took part in closure of Format System of piping loops.
• Responsible for Site Execution, preparing cutting layouts and material take off list.
• Carried out phase wise inspection as per approved Inspection Test Plan (ITP) conforming to ASME Sec VIII Div II and API Norms.

• Carried out Preventative Maintenance of rotary and static equipment as per schedule.
• Resolved the technical hurdles by providing support for smooth running of various plants such as Captive Power Plant, D.M Plant, Fire Water Pump House, Raw Water Intake, E.T.P, Cooling Tower, etc.

• Responsible for Billing, preparing measurement sheets, reports as per client requirements, site supervising and monitoring.
• Looked after mechanical painting of storage tanks (Gasoline, naphtha and diesel) and execution of piping, structural jobs in Numaligarh Refinery, Assam.
