• Scheduled new installations and conducted follow-ups daily. Completed 100+ DMS installations in just 3 months.
• Addressed item mapping and conversion issues promptly in response to installation calls or reported issues.
• Managed daily issues and queries from party or Sales Team, either resolving independently or escalating to the DMS support team as necessary.
