- Commissioning of data centers and mission critical facilities.
- Level 0 - Reviewing built of the data center cooling as a 3rd party commissioning agent as [Cx-Engineer] and provide feedback to the team for the necessary changes or smooth performance of the mechanical equipments. Review of technical specification, Equipment submittals, conducting FAT/FWT of the equipment remotely at Manufacturer's lab/site and prepare report, so that the client [Data center owner] receives the perfect material for cooling.
- Level 1 - [Equipment vendor & General Contractor's scope] Logistic/transportation
- Level 2 - Installation [General Contractor scope]
- Level 3 - Kick start of the cooling equipment by equipment vendor [As a Cx Engineer, I write the technical script and performing the visual Cx checks for kick start]
- Level 4 - Functional Performance Test [FPT] of mechanical equipment. Writing a through functional test script for the equipment w.r.t to BMS/SCADA and check all the functionalities that the cooling equipment can perform. Once approved by client, throughly perform the failure test in the equipment [Both at Stand alone/ As well as group] - Chillers, Pumps(Primary/secondary), CT, AHUs, CRAHs, CRACs, Liquid Cooling technology, etc w.r.t. to the SCADA/BMS system.
- Level 5 - [Integrated System Test] - Basically it's a HEAT LOAD TEST combing all electrical and Mechanical equipments w.r.t. to SCADA/BMS and EPMS system. Failure scenarios in group testing and checking the performance of all the electrical/mechanical equipment at the worst case scenarios [N+1/2N Redundancy to N]. Diesel generators also used when we fail the main utility power [Depends on how the site is built].
- Providing Training to new joiners with the technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical cooling equipments in the data center industry.
- Help build the team to grow by hiring young, talented and passionate people in the team; and provided them with the necessary training.
