• Analytical Tool: Fishbone Diagram.
• Knowledge about GD&T diagram to understand the dimensions study
• Communication and report presentation skills
• Inline Auditing layout, Product, Process audit.
• 7 QC Tools, 5 Core Tools
• Responsible for monitoring & controlling the quality of products during the manufacturing process.
• Responsible for line reported ng parts simulation & analysis with Drawing.
• In process quality control, control plan work standard verification, line patrolling & report preparation.
• Conduct root cause analysis for critical automotive component failures, using tools like 5-W& 1H method.
• Steering analyzing, performance testing.
• Responsible for Product Audits, Layout Audits, MIP Audit conducting as per plan.
• Responsible for Tear down analysis.
• Inline issue, customer complaint parts root cause analysis, report preparation.
• DQRM report preparing & presentation.
• Motor Handling and tear down analysis.
• Responsible for machine breakdown validation.
• Machine password protection verification & Electric pallet connection verification.
• ECU DTC clearance & verification of Electric Power Steering using vector Canoe tool.
• Responsible for Noise analysis of Inline CEPS noise issue reported parts.
• Reviewed production processes and identified areas of improvement, implemented corrective actions to address issues found.
• Prepared quality reports to record quality data.
• Investigated customer complaints regarding product defects or discrepancies.
